In order to be eligible for return, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or undamaged, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exceptions / non-returnable products Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
European Union 14-day withdrawal period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or undamaged, with the tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
