Special sauce for pasta according to a recipe originally from Italy, Firenze region, obtained from a mixture based on black truffle, champignon mushrooms, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. This exquisite combination conveys the unique flavor of black truffles and is most easily used in the preparation of a warm sauce for pasta, gnocchi or used simply on a slice of toast, boiled egg or salads, and is highly appreciated by master chefs.
