Our products come from wild flora and are harvested from unpolluted areas, certified for harvesting forest products.
Products
Can fresh truffles be frozen to keep them fresher for longer?
Fresh truffles can be frozen to preserve them for longer, but keep in mind that most of the truffle’s flavor is lost in freezing. Before freezing them, clean them and wash them free of dirt. You can freeze them either whole or sliced, depending on your preference. Be sure to use them as soon as possible after thawing to maintain their quality.
What’s the best way to use fresh truffles in the kitchen?
To make the most of the flavor of fresh truffles, we recommend adding them at the end of your dishes, on top of the hot dish, so that the volatile truffle oils fuse with your dish. Avoid adding them to dishes that contain a lot of spices, so as not to cover the subtle truffle flavor. They can be added to dishes such as pasta, risotto, eggs or meat dishes.
How long can fresh truffles be kept in the fridge?
Fresh truffles can be kept in the refrigerator for 10-14 days. Be sure to store them in an airtight container according to these methods to maintain their quality.
How should I store fresh truffles to keep them fresh for as long as possible?
There are two effective ways to store fresh truffles. The first method involves placing them in an airtight glass/plastic container on a generous layer of rice, which can then be used to make risotto. Alternatively, you can place them in an airtight container and wrap them individually in a kitchen towel. It’s important to change the napkin every 1-2 days with a new one to prevent moisture buildup.
We recommend keeping them in the fridge at a temperature between 1 and 3 degrees Celsius for a maximum of 10-14 days.

How can I place an order?
Add the desired products to your cart, go to the shopping cart, fill in your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method. You will receive a confirmation email after checkout.
What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. You can order any product you want, regardless of price.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within the first 2 hours of placing it by contacting us by email or phone. After this time your order will be processed and cannot be changed.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the AWB number for tracking. You can also check the status of your order on the website, in your account in the “My Account” section.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) by BTPAY courier refund and bank transfer.
When is payment due for cash on delivery orders?
Payment is made on receipt of the parcel, directly to the courier, in cash or by credit card.
Do you invoice each order?
Yes, you will receive an electronic invoice for each order you place.
What happens if the payment is not processed successfully?
In the event of a processing error, your order will be pending and you will be notified. You can retry payment or choose another payment method.
Delivery
How long does it take to deliver my order?
We normally deliver within 2-5 working days in Romania.
In which areas do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Romania and Europe via GLS.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for orders over 300 RON. For orders below this value, the standard delivery charge is 20 RON and through Easybox is 15 RON.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders over 300 lei in Romania.
Can I choose a specific date or time for delivery?
We do not currently offer the option to choose a specific date or time for delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of order for unused products in original packaging.
How can I return or exchange a product?
Contact customer service to initiate the return or exchange process. We will give you detailed instructions.
Who pays for returns?
In general, the customer covers the cost of return, unless the product is faulty or wrong.
How soon will I get my money back for a return?
We process refunds within 3-8 business days after we receive your return.
