To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

14-Day Withdrawal Period – European Union
If your merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
